Animal Collective finally released the news that their releasing a follow up to 2009's merriweather post pavillion come this september with 'centipede hz'. seems like MMP was a bit on the poppy side, maybe all the dudes getting settled into married life/having babies & what not. but now that deakin's back in the group it sounds like their getting back to their experimental noise roots - which you know i love.

 take a listen to the pre-stuff they're throwing at us "honeycomb' & "gotham" which will be released on a 7" from Domino Records on june 26th.
